Basic spots for penalty enforcement

B1 intercepts A'2 pass at the A10 and returns for a touchdown.  B2 clips in A's end zone after the interception,  but before the score.

Ruling: The basic spot is the end of the run which is the goal line.  After penalty enforcement, it would be B's ball, first and 10, at A's 15-yard line. (10.3.3A)Casebook
